These purchase and order conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order on Ivitapure’s website (the “Website”). Agreement is entered into between you and Europe Health Technology ltd, organization number C91314 (“Ivitapure”). Detailed contact information and other information about Ivitapure can be found on the Website. These terms and conditions apply to you who are a consumer and who place orders via the Website.
You must accept these terms in order to make a purchase through the Website. By accepting these terms, you agree to abide by them.
A purchase agreement is not entered into until we have confirmed your order. We recommend that you save your order confirmation for any contact with our customer service.
Ivitapure strives to ensure that the information on the Website is always as accurate as possible. We can not always guarantee this, and therefore reserve ourselves for final sales as well as any image and writing errors on the Website, such as errors in product description or table of contents, incorrect prices, and / or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. Ivitapure reserves the right to correct any errors at any time and to change or update the information.
When you order your goods, an email will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you made the purchase. That email is a confirmation that we have received your order. This order confirmation also works as your receipt and can be good to save in the event of contact with our customer service.
We offer free shipping within Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland if the order is 2 products or more. If you order 1 product, we apply a shipping cost equal to 4,9 euro in respective country currency. We currently only send goods within Scandinavia and Finland from the shop. Delivery time is normally between 2-5 weekdays, but we reserve the possibility for delivery up to 10 weekdays. If the order is placed after 12 noon, the package will be sent from our warehouse the following day. If a shipment is significantly delayed, you as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase. Feel free to contact us if your item is delayed.
Unredeemed packages are charged a fee of SEK 149 to cover the shipping costs that an uncollected package entail. Your package is normally available at your postal agent for 14 – 21 days before it is sent back to our warehouse.
You can choose several different payment methods via our cashier provided by Klarna AB. When you make your purchase, you accept all their terms that are linked at checkout.
All prices on Ivitapure include VAT (12%, 14% or 25% depending on the product and country). Prices do not include payment and shipping fees which are listed separately.
Ivitapure reserves the right to continuously change the prices for all goods in our range, both for the higher and for the lower. Ivitapure reserves the right to final sales as well as any errors in images, product description or technical specification and incorrect prices and price adjustments. Ivitapure reserves the right to correct any such errors and update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been entered for an item, Ivitapure will notify the customer of this and await the customer’s approval or cancel the order. We reserve the right to make any final sales or incorrect balances. All promotions at Ivitapure apply as long as the stock lasts unless otherwise specified in the product description.
According to the law of distance selling you as a consumer have the right to a cooling-off period under which you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
The right of withdrawal applies from the day you have received your package, provided that the product is returned in substantially unchanged condition and in undamaged original packaging. The bottle is sealed, and it must be unbroken in order to use the right of withdrawal. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been sealed due to health or hygiene reasons and the seal has been broken by you as a consumer.
On the amount to be refunded, Ivitapure has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to the original value of the product, if and to the extent that such depreciation is due to you having handled the product to a greater extent properties or function.

The product is in the customer’s possession until we have received the return, therefore it is important that the product is not damaged during shipping. The customer is responsible for any damage during transport. We recommend all our customers to send traceable packages for the customer’s safety. Note that the return must be sent directly to our warehouse, not to a post office. Contact your nearest post agent for more information. If you have questions regarding the right of withdrawal you are welcome to contact our customer service.
If you have received an item that turns out to be defective or incorrect in some way, you can return it completely free of charge. Contact us as soon as you can when you have discovered the defect. Once we have received the defective item, we will either send a new product or refund the total amount.

Ivitapure is responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during delivery to you. Complaints about transport damage must be made within a reasonable time. It is therefore important to check that the package hasn’t been damaged during transport When receiving the shipment.
In the event of a cancelled order, the customer receives their money back within 30 days from the day Ivitapure receive the notice of complaint or regret.
Ivitapure is responsible to ensure that the personal data provided in connection with purchases is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection legislation. When you shop or register an account with us, we will process your personal data. We do this to be able to process your order and complete the purchase, facilitate future purchases and to enable updating of your order status.

Ivitapure is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that Ivitapure has not been able to control, such as general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, changed government regulations, technical problems, faults in electricity / telecommunications / data connections or other communication and faults or delay in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated here. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption which entail exemption from damages and other sanctions. Should any such situation arise, Ivitapure will inform you both at the beginning and at the end of the time for the current situation. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both you and Ivitapure have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
The website, as well as all content on it, is owned by Ivitapure or our licensors. Information and images can be protected by, among other things, intellectual property law and market law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods and other content may not be copied or used without the written approval of Ivitapure.
